This site documents my favorite software for Windows, as well as collections of recommended web-sites.

Windows section
For Windows software, a brief description of each software package is provided and because software must first be downloaded to be used, the source web-site URL is provided for each identified favorite.
Web section
The web-site section includes selections of "best of" and "top 100" web-sites from a number of sources such as CNN/Time magazine - some recommendations are duplicated from multiple recommending sources.
Each list has its own page and on the pages there are two tabs. The first tab just provides links to the sites - for fast access … assuming you know where you want to go. The second tab, provides a short description of each of the web-sites that have links on the first tab.
